very underwhelming. Rooms are SMALL. I was in a "Spectacular" room which is supposed to be a larger sized room and it still felt small and poorly laid out.

Excellent location. Couldn't ask for a more central hotel. Cool decor, young and hip. The restaurant in the hotel has good food and is a happenning place but NOISY. I like the fast ethernet connection and the down bed comforters.

cast members (staff) were a little snooty, which i always find to be the case at W hotels. other than that, hotel is good.
