To me, the rooms could be updated a bit for the price. HOWEVER, I do love to stay at this hotel because I ALWAYS leave feeling rested and pampered. The beds are heavenly (really, they are). The service IN ALL AREAS is first class. The fact that it is attached to the mall is a bonus if you are trying to entertain different tastes within a group -- a little something for everyone. If you enjoy a great margarita, Mi Cocina is just down the escalator. A Starbuck's, La Madeleine, and Corner Bakery are within sniffing distance.
