This is my second time in a year staying at this hotel. Each time I went I was told the only king bedroom they had available was on the smoking floor or handicapped accessable. I doubt that with as many rooms as they have. The room we had this time had bubbled wallpaper, no bathroom exhaust fan, no bathroom counter, and the toilet tank rocked back and forth when you used it. The pro's were a very comfortable bed, and fantastic staff. Overall it was not a four star hotel in my opinion. I would rate it in the same class as a days inn. Just because a lobby and bar looks great doesn't mean the hotel room will be that nice.

There was an ubelievably long line at check-in and the registration counter was not even fully staffed to accommodate the long line of guests. Very frustrating.

Stayed at this Sheraton for a convention. I would consider it to be a typical large city hotel with no big extras. As a SPG member, I received one of the newly renovated rooms on a Club Floor. Room was actually very nicely decorated (new) and the Sheraton bed was super. Be sure to ask for a renovated room. Some co-workers had other rooms which were a bit dated as previously posted

This is a so-so Sheraton. Definitely a convention style hotel. The interior decor is rather dated and not very nice. I expected much better. The location on the river is great. Can't beat it. Pretty standard large hotel other than that. Dining options are decent but not great.
