Extremely comfortable beds, lovely decor, exquisite bathrooms and well soundproofed. Parking via Valet; garage a couple of blocks away. The Concierge Lounge is desperately in need of upgrading; softer lighting, background music, and nicer seating areas would be a good start. Late night bartender a little grumpy about fetching quality brandy from the top shelf. Front door valets, room service and desk staff most attentive. Stay date 11/05
