    We made a reservation for a non-smoking junior suite, but when we got there, they only had one smoking junior suite left. I know this happens sometimes, but let me tell you the managers resolution. We could pay twice our rate for the penthouse suite, or we could get a standard room and still pay for our junior suite. We went round and round with the manager for 40 min until a non-smoking junior suite magically appeared. It's a shame, we really wanted to enjoy ourselves here, but will now never return.
