very new hotel featuring new "Courtyard" package in rooms and lobby. Pool area is gorgeous with waterfall emptying into it. Family used complimentary business center with 4 free computers so there was no waiting in lines like other hotels. Was in town for conference and found location excellent with easy access to the I-15 freeway, convention center, airport and all major casinos. Only drawback was not any nearby restaurants but complimentary shuttle service to Mandalay Bay and The Bellagio provided plenty of restaurant options.

Property is a new (2004) build Courtyard concept with the new blue Courtyard color scheme in the rooms. Odd-numbered rooms face the strip, but also I-15, which can be noisy. For best quiet, ask for an even-numbered room.
