A nice hotel, with very nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Hotel is on the small side, which is nice, and has kind of a boutique feel to it. The downsides are 1) outrageous telephone charges even for local calls and 2) the fact that it does not have a health club.

In the Knightsbridge area, across from the park (forget the name). Great place to go for a walk on enjoy the afternoon sun (if you are lucky in UK). The high tea is stylishly served in the parlor near the lobby. Excellent tea, the Brits know how to serve tea. The decor is nice. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small but well appointed. I liked the cleanliness of granite. Generous bathroom ameneties.
